Organic farming in the Catskill Mountains of New York

Story Summary:
Between the ubiquity of farmers’ markets and reports of college students and office types trading blazers for overalls, it’s hard to have missed this decade’s popular romance with going back to the land. But what is life like for those who choose to become first-time farmers? This is the story of two people, Kate and Dan Marsiglio, who made just that choice. I followed their journey from November 2012 to March 2013.
